Cushioned weight-distributing shank helps to eliminate the push-and-pull feeling and "clank" often experienced when towing heavy trailers. Multiple attachment holes allow you to level your weight-distribution head. GTW is 10,000 lbs.

Drop/Rise Ranges for AMAC1

This weight-distribution shank can be used to adjust the rise or drop of your weight-distribution head when leveling your trailer and tow vehicle. The actual drop or rise range will vary with the style of weight-distribution system used.

When used with round-bar weight-distribution system:
Maximum drop: 3-3/8"
Maximum rise: 6-5/8"
Distance from center of hitch pin hole to center of ball hole: 11-1/2"

When used with trunnion-bar weight-distribution system:
Maximum drop: 2-5/8"
Maximum rise: 7-3/8"
Distance from center of hitch pin hole to center of ball hole: 10-7/8"

• Measurements from Hitch Pin Hole to Gussets on Cushioned Weight Distribution Shank Part # AMAC1
  
• The distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the rear of the bottom reinforcing gusset is 3-3/4 inches. The distance from the hitch pin hole and the top gusset is right at 4 inches. I have edited a photo showing how the measurements relate to the # AMAC1 shank.
