Sealed, Rectangular LED Trailer Clearance and Side Marker Mini-Light, 3-Diode - Amber

This thin-line, sealed, rectangular LED mini-light can be used as a clearance or side marker light. This PC-rated light functions as both a marker and clearance light when mounted properly at a 45 degree angle. This amber light measures 2-1/2" long x 1-3/16" wide x 7/8" deep. Lens and housing are one unit that is sonically sealed and waterproof, providing protection to the three light-emitting diodes. The light draws 0.051 amps at 12.8 volts. A separate, industry standard, two-prong plug is used for the wiring connection, making it simple to upgrade from incandescent lights. Choose from many mounting and wiring options, required to complete the installation.

What we have here today is Optronics Sealed Mini-Rectangular LED Clearance Light, part number AL91AB. This is a small 3 LED light. The housing is sealed and waterproof so it is fine to use on boat trailers. The 3 LEDs draw a total of .051 amps at 12.8 volts. It is designed to fit in the Optronics mounting brackets using these tabs to snap into place. On the reverse, you will find the 2 contacts that you will use for your electrical connections. Now, we will hook it up to a power source, so you can see how it works. We will take our ground connection and clip it to one of the contacts, and the power will go to the other.
