It really is a clever design and well solid material, I've never seen and tried a product like this on market before. This rack is super easy to install, remove and in compact size, light weight too. I compared it with models with arms that wrap over the top of the tire, and models that strap on and hang down from the roof, and found this to be much more stable and more reassuring. I also looked at installing a square hitch and buying a hitch-mounted rack, but the price differential -- ~$100 for this wheel-mounted model vs. ~$350 for a self-installed hitch and hitch rack -- made this a no-brainer. I spent about $100, waited three days for shipping and took about 20 minutes to install the rack -- and haven't had any issues at all.
