Good quality ballmounts. The pin is unique in that the clevis seats in a machined groove as opposed to all other similar pins I have ever seen. I think a good addition to this kit would be an appropriately sized wrench for the hitch ball nut. This would allow users to install/remove hitch balls in the field. I would have paid an extra $10 for kit with the additional item---now I need to track one down elsewhere, which is silly because the purpose of a kit like this is to give the user everything needed.82538

Not much to say about this item, it all fits and the paint and welding look good. The storage bag is a little light for the weight it carries. The end handle is not useable, it really needs a two strap handle like a women's purse that wraps under the bag to support the weight of the two receivers and balls. I only mention this because Etrailer actually appears to be interested in providing a quality product, it would be a simple change. 77531

This is a wonderful kit! The 2 receiver bars give you a variety and combination of 4 different rises/drops. One of these is sure to be the right height for most any application. First let me thank the folks at Etrailer.com for great service and communication!! The Ball mount kit was just what I hoped for, heavy duty and well made. The only reason I would give this 4 out of 5 is the fact that these were not wrapped in the box, and came with several chunks of paint missing from them. The packing job could have been better, bubble wrap or something would have kept this from happening. I ship things for a living, so I cringe when I see metal on metal shipped loose in a box. Also the pins provided are not the kind with holes in them, but rather grooves for the clip to slide over. This is a matter of preference, but I like having a hole in the pin for the clip to go through. The included bag is a nice bonus for safe keeping while not towing. 52436
