They (the professionals) said it was harder for them to assemble the rack than it was to install the hitch receiver !. Overall, it works - I can fit 5 bikes on. Trial and error will determine the order of the bikes. It comes with 2 locks - one that locks the last bike on. Which means you cant remove ANY of the bikes. The other lock is at the bottom. That one is useless because you could always slip the WHOLE thing out from the hitch receiver. The main problem is that it sways a lot. The strap does nothing to prevent it.
