Demco Hydraulic Trailer Brake Actuators are specifically designed to perform even in the harshest braking environments. The master cylinder cap has an automotive-style diaphragm for a completely enclosed brake system preventing brake fluid contamination. Master cylinder pushrod is covered by a rubber boot for additional dirt and moisture protection.

• Utilizes UHMW Nylon Wear Pads - totally eliminating the potential for roller "freeze-up"

• The Demco Brake Actuator, part number 8103102, is welded onto the trailer tongue. The brake lines would attach to the master cylinder. It's a pretty straightforward installation.

• Availability of Brake Actuator Coupler Replacement Nylon Wear Pads
  
• We do have replacement pads for the actuator you were looking at. The pads are part # 10966 for the bottom side and part # 10965 for the top wear pad. They are meant to fit the Demco D10 actuators. If you can write back with a part or model number of your actuator, I may be able to find replacement parts for it.

• Coupler Lock Recommendation for use on a Coupler that has a 5 inch Wide Flange
  
• It looks like would need to get a latch coupler lock like a Master Lock Adjustable Trailer Coupler Lock - Stainless Steel, part # 2847DAT, for your Four Winns trailer that has a 5 inch wide flange. I attached a link to a review video of this coupler lock for you to check out. We do not have a surround coupler lock that will be wide enough to fit on a coupler that has a distance of 5 inches across.
