- There was a design change and the Deadbolt Style Trailer Coupler Lock, item # 7690, no longer works with the Swagman XC Cross Country Bike Rack, item # S64650, if the bikes have similar height frames. The coupler lock will install in the locking hole but the top hook cannot be locked, if the installed bikes have similar frame heights.
