Today we are going to be installing part number 75563. Which is a Draw-Tite Class III Trailer Hitch. We will be installing it on a 2007 Acura RDX. This also applies to Hidden Hitch Class 87449. Our hitch install is in 2 different points. This very fitting at the end of the frame and this hole here on this part of the frame. What happens is the bolt gets threaded in here obviously. In this hole here we have a handle nut that fits inside this frame and sits just like that. We are going to thread our bolt in and our hitch is good to go. This is the same on both sides of the vehicle.
This is where we go ahead and install our hitch. It will be pretty easy, we will go ahead and temporary install our threaded bolts first and then the handle nut bolts. Next we are going to install our handle nut they are pretty neat. What you can do with these is bend the handle as you need them to fit the vehicle your working with then repeat for the other side. Next up go ahead and snug up your bolts. Might want to take a second and rock the hitch back and forth to make sure you have it centered on the bumper where you want it. Once you are sure it is where you want it go ahead and snug the bolts down. We got our hitch snugged down and now we will give them their final torque. There you have it for the install of part number 75563 the Draw-Tite Class III Trailer Hitch on our 2007 Acura RDX.

Receiver sits pretty far under bumper. I bought this specifically for a bike rack. The rack is not able to fold up when not in use without an extension. Also came with the wrong bolts. Very easy to install though.48697

First, the product was delivered super fast. The product is exactly as described. My husband watched the video and it was right on. It took him less than 30 minutes to install the hitch. We saved $70 by installing it ourselves, whereas U-haul was going to charge us that crazy amount and told us it could take up to one hour. WATCH the VIDEO, it is EASY to FOLLOW.
