- The 75074 Flat Nose Coupler from Atwood is built to attach to a 2-5/16 inch hitch ball. Double check any markings on your coupler to make sure. At that weight though, 2-5/16 is the standard.
The next question is what hitch is installed on your F-650. I would imagine it is 3 inch square opening receiver hitch, but please double check for me so that I can make sure we find the appropriate solution.

- I walked out to our warehouse to checkout the Atwood Flat Nose Coupler, part # 75074, to see how it operates. It is like you stated, you pull the pin out, move the handle forward, attach to ball, move handle back and attach pin.
We do offer a replacement safety pin for part # 75074. It is Replacement Pin for Atwood Coupler, part # 70897. The pin measures 1.38 inches long, and has a diameter of .38 inches. It stays in place with a ball detent on the end of the pin.
