This hitch was delivered promptly as advertised and was pretty easy to install. It took me about an hour to do it alone, but could probably be done in 30 minutes with a helper and/or a lift. The videos were extremely helpful. I will certainly recommend etrailer to my friends and will order from them again. 12548

This rack works well provided you make sure there is enough clearance between the top of the rack and the back of your vehicle. There is more sway than you might expect from the rack even when it is in the locked position. I find using the first hole placement to work the best.23478

The hitch installed pretty fast. It would of been a lot faster obviously if you had the van off the ground at a shop. The only problems I encountered were the three holes on the passenger side or the exhaust side needed to be cleaned more than the other side. I had some trouble with the two exhaust hanger nuts that could of been solved with a swivel socket on my wrench. All in all it went well and the video was a great help and idea from etrailer.com22775

This was a much easier install then I had anticipated and I even installed it while cooking supper on the grill. I didn't need to remove the muffler or lift up the back end. I'm sure it would have made it easier to get the bolts in on the mufflers side but with a little effort and the right extension's it was not much of a problem at all. The hitch itself looks great on the van and I am 100 percent pleased with it. I don't believe you will go wrong with this one. I haven’t finished the wiring yet but have most of it done. I would just recommend watching the video and have an old coat hanger handy to pull the wire through the holes. Other than that, it is also pretty easy. It will probably take you longer to do the wiring than the hitch itself but that is to be expected.20977

Very good product, shipping with tracking, etc. For me, the video clip was more helpful than the written instructions for my specific vehicle. A word to the wise for 2008 Kia Sedona owners: if you're also going to install a wire harness, be sure to watch the video for both installations first. About halfway through the wire harness install, you need to remove four plastic screws from the bumper flange. It would be a lot easier to do that before you install the hitch, as the hitch blocks the two center screws. Removing the two bolts that hold the muffler are a real pain and reinstalling is even worse. Small hands help -- I couldn't even get a u-joint for my socket to work well. All that aside, excellent product!20342

Fits from 06-12 Sedona. If you loosen the muffler hanger it is easier. Take out the one the is easy to get to and loosen the other one. Then you can swivel the hanger. When the muffler is off, lube the rubber with soap or dishwashing liquid. Once the muffler is re-hung put the easy bolt back in and tighten both. Total installation time is about 20 minutes.. It is so much easier than trying to stretch the rubber, even if you have a tool. 12 mm bolts for hanger, 19 mm bolts for hitch. 19917

Great Product!! The holes actually lined up!! It's best to install on a NEW vehicle. Waiting until it has 50 K miles of road grime and corrosion makes it more of a challenge. On a clean vehicle the 30 minute install time would have been accurate.17188

This is the third Hidden Hitch product I have purchased from eTrailer. The first two were good products, reasonably easy to install, and pulled well. Most importantly, being Hidden Hitch brand, most of the receiver was not visible. This product is very visible and should not have been sold under the brand Hidden Hitch. Considering that the same company makes Reese and Draw-Tite, they should have only sold that product. While this seems to work well, it is not hidden. PS, I chose to avoid getting the Hidden Hitch wiring kit for this vehicle as well. I have leared through past experience that running a power line from the engine compartment to the rear of the car is a pain, and if I have to do that, I'll just pay some one to install a cheaper wiring package (which I did).16841

The hitch is very well made and installed in about 30 min. I also ordered and installed the T-one wiring kit,118410. First, I would recommend to install the trailer wiring kit, as I did, before the hitch is installed, due to the run of the wiring infront of the bumper. The plastic bumper shield must come mostly off,over to the exhaust. I also ran the 12 guage positve wire from the battery through the firewall grommet down the drivers side panels to the converter. It made for a cleaner install. I like the hitch bag also. Nice products.15890

Purchased the hitch for 2010 Kia Sedona. Upon purchasing etrialer gave me free 3-day shipping. I installed it myself with no lift and just used a car jack and a 2x4 to hold up one end while I bolted in the other. Hardest part was getting the bolts back in for the exhaust hanger. Love the installation video. Have a 3 inch extension for for your sockets to make it a little easier. About a 50 minute job.11106

Hidden Hitch 70761 I believe the product is excellent and the service was outstanding. The installation video was extremely helpful and I watched it numerous times including interrupting the installation to watch key points again. However, the install time required was much longer than I anticipated. Unless one has access to a hydraulic lift and a helper, or better, two helpers, as well as the right power tools, I don't see how the installation can be completed in 30 minutes as estimated. First, cars these days do not seem to have many accessible lift points for a jack. Either that or I don’t know what to look for. I ended up using the tire jack vs. a hydraulic jack because the lift point for that is obvious. But, using the tire jack is a slow process. Then removing the muffler hanger was more difficult than anticipated because the bolts are above the exhaust and not easily accessible. Fortunately I had a small drive handle with a swiveling attachment point. Without that tool I do not know how I could have removed the bolts. Then lifting the hitch into place requires some help. I used a small bucket and some boards to lift the hitch to approximately the right height so that I could thread the attachment bolts into the weld nuts. I used a beam type torque wrench to tighten the attachment bolts and this is slower (but more affordable) than a power tool would have been. My total installation time, start to finish: 3 hours.5616
