- The Dodge Stainless Steel License Plate Frame, part # 700638, has two mounting holes on the bottom of the frame. When I checked out pictures of the 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 it showed two mounting holes for a license plate frame at the top edge of the bumper.
If you used this license plate frame on your truck you would have to mount the frame using the bottom holes which would cause the frame to stick up above the bumper, which I would not recommend.
