Though I didnt realize that my old bike rack wasnt going to work on my new vehicle until less than a week before we were to leave on our car trip, one call to etrailer calmed me down. Not only did they have the specific rack I needed for my new Saturn Vue, they also would be able to deliver before we leave. And, on top of that the shipping was free! And, as promised, I received the item in two days. Though that may have a lot to do with the fact it was sent from St. Louis and Im in Chicago.
