A luggage carrier that is easy to use and more importantly, easy to store. The internal frame collapses to make the carrier just 3" deep, allowing for storage just about anywhere. The cross bars cannot be wider than 3-1/4 inches and also need to be 23 to 32 inches apart for the mounting brackets to work. If your rack fits these dimensions, collapsed or folded dog crates should fit fine. You would not want to transport live animals inside it.
