OEM replacement, 5 minute replacement time. Of which, after I ordered the part online I received an email notifying me that the part was not in stock and one one be sourced. I replied notifying the sender that I was about to embark on a 2,500 mile trip, pulling my 12,000 lbs trailer and any assistance in receiving my part within the next couple of days would be appreciated. I shortly received another email notifying me that the part had been sourced and shipment was expedited. As promised, part was received before I was to leave on my trip. Good stuff!49534

Reese has an exellent hitch system for sway control, using these frictions you eliminate sway bars. I have a large bumper pull toy-hauler and this system gives me control passing trucks and handling in strong crosswinds. The only downside is that the friction pads wear out and you have to buy the entire hanger pt # 58350 (According to Reese). The two friction pads are held in by screws and could easily be replaced and at less expense if they were available.24289

Ordered the OEM replacement parts. etrailer had the cheapest price. The order was shipped in a timely manner. I do wish I could just buy the pads and not the whole hanger.13599
