Since you have the old style of Dual Cam Sway Control, attaching the chains is a little different than the newer styles. What you will need is the Replacement Cam Arm Clevis and hardware, # 58008. This part connects to the Replacement Cam Arm, # 58003 and # 58002. The rounded ends of the cam arms ride below the Replacement Spring Bar Cam Kit, # 58004.
