Note: The kit works with 1999-2004 F-250 and F-350 SuperDuty trucks with both short and long beds. Cab type does not matter. This custom kit will not work with cab and chassis models.

- I spoke with my contact at Reese and he stated that the picture we have on our website is correct. The frame bracket only requires 2 attachment points. The driver side has more bolts because they are needed to relocate some lines on the truck when installing Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitch Custom Installation Kit with Brackets and Rails, # 50043-6008, on a 2004 Ford F-250.
