Today, we have a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Were going to show you the Highland Semi-Custom Fit Floor Mats for the front, part number 46036. These mats are also available in gray, part number 45036 as well as tan, part number 44036. There are grooves and channels into these floor mats that are going to help hold moisture and debris on the floor mat and keep it off of your carpet. The mats are semi-custom fit, which means they had been in contour to fit the majority of the vehicle. On the top of the mats are mounting tabs for the hangers used in packaging from the factory.
Nick will show us how to remove these tabs before we install them in the vehicle. Today, were working with the Highland Semi-Custom Floor Mat. With each mat, there will be a tab that will need to be removed prior the installation to the vehicle. The easiest way to do this is set it on a solid surface, take the utility knife or razor blade, or even a sharp pair of scissors, and cut along the pre-form line of the mat. Then youll be able to remove this tab and go ahead and install your new floor mat.
