Using website to order was very easy! Ordering was very simple and self-explanatory as the website guided me all along the way from start to finish! Shipping was extremely speedy! Materials were very well packaged and order was complete. Communication from etrailer.com to me was first rate throughout the entire processing and shipping of my order. The trailer hitch was much more solidly constructed than the photos on the website led me to believe it would be. The hitch came with very well thought out instuctions which made understanding the installation a breeze! The hitch was listed as a 3 out of ten for ease of installation with ten being the hardest, but I would have to rate it a 1 out of ten! Extremely easy to install on my 2001 Hyundai Elantra! The hardest part of installation was backing my car up onto the ramps I used to make crawling under the back of my car easier, and that only took about 10 seconds! Removing the 2 existing bolts from my Elantra frame took about 1 minute. Installing the trailer hitch took about 2 minutes, by myself with no assistance. I laid the hitch across my chest, lifted it into position with my left hand, attached the center bolt loosely through the car's tow ring on the trunk pan which held the hitch aloft in the proper position, then I attached the 2 bolts at the ends of the hitch into the 2 exsisting frame holes, tightened them, then returned to the center bolt at the tow ring location and finished tightening it. Total installation time from start to finish... less than 5 minutes!!! (I had set my alarm clock to wake 2 hours earlier than normal figuring I would need the extra time to fight with the installation, bandage all my skinned knuckles, clean off all the grease on my hands, etc., but 5 minutes after starting, I was on my way back to bed!) Great product, great price, great service! Happy happy, joy joy!!!
