Today on this 2005 Ford E-250 full size Van we are going to install part number 41926 from Draw-Tite. I will show you where the frame attachments are on the vehicle. We will use these two holes and this hole going further back to the front of the vehicle. At this point we can go ahead and install our hardware. First off, we will install two bolts at the very end of the frame and we will use those to hold the hitch up into place. Now we can go ahead and install the rest of the hardware. :27
As you can see in between the hitch, on the second hole going towards the front you need to apply a spacer between the hitch and the frame to make up for the gap that will be there. Then we will install the last set of fasteners going towards the front of the van. Now we will tighten down our bolts, and torque them down as specified in the instructions. :50
Now that we have the vehicle off the lift we will go ahead and get you some measurements on the hitch. First off, from the top of the receiver tube to the ground is approximately 15-7/8 inches. From the center of the hitch pin hole to the outside edge of the bumper is approximately 5 inches. There you have it for part number 41926 from Draw-Tite.

Hitch installed in minutes on my 2003 E-250. Hole lined up perfect. Did not need to move exhaust pipe to install. I used a floor jack and put in the bolts by myself. I would recommend this product to anybody. Shipping was free and it arrived ahead of schedule. 26057

Major chunk of steel that fit I have ordered so many things that I have been forced to return just because they did not fit, that I now expect to return anything I order online. Surprise!!! E-trailer and Drawtite did it right on the first time! Time to remove and replace the OEM hitch was 30 minutes with NO problems - just like the video.
