- You would need to consult a qualified welder to have a mount fabricated that will allow you rotate the handle 360 degrees on a hand winch. We do not stock any bolt on parts that are heavy enough to be used to mount a winch safely in this case, and you would need to tie the mount into the trailer frame for stability.
