The Super Titan Receiver Adapter, # 38735, is an adapter that takes a 3 inch trailer hitch receiver opening and reduces it down to a 2 inch opening. Unless you have a 3 inch receiver opening on your 2003 Chevy Suburban, the 38735 will not work. I have included a link to the available hitch extenders below.   • For using a 1-1/4 inch accessory in a 2 inch receiver, I would recommend the Brophy Hitch Reducer, part # HT02. The Reducer includes the 1/2 inch pin and clip to secure the 1-1/4 inch accessory to the reducer, but the 5/8 inch pin and clip to secure the reducer to the receiver is sold separately as part # PC3.
