- I spoke with my contact at Reese and found out that the Super Titan 4000 Weld-On Trailer Hitch with 3 inch Receiver Opening, 25,000 lbs. part # 38124, you referenced is a specialty hitch, it is designed for vehicles with frames that are 34 inches to 34-1/2 inches wide and is more of a universal fit application. There really is no way to give specific directions, as every application will vary. You will need to have a qualified welder weld this hitch in place.
