Love the convenience of bungee cords but need something a bit stronger? We have the answer! Well, actually Master Lock has the answer in their EZGrip Bungee Cords. I am sure most of you know how to use a bungee cord, but we have a video using the EZGrip bungee to illustrate Master Locks superior design. As Joe points out in the video, you can never have too many of these around. They are great for cargo carriers, bike racks, roof top cargo, anything and everything you need to haul.

Today we are going to show you two different part numbers, 3030DAT and 3031DAT EZ Grip Bungee cords from Master Lock. Actually what it is, is a couple of two different lengths of Bungee cord, with a real nice finger grip on them, a little more user friendly. The first part number we are going to talk about is part number 3031DAT. That is the 32 inch one that is the one you see on top. And also part number 3030DAT is the 24 inch model you see on the bottom there. What we are going to do is show you a typical application and how those finger grips actually work. As with most Bungee cords you take them and hook them like so and grab them by the base here. But if you are in an odd situation where you have to sneak it between two objects to latch it onto something it is real nice. It has also got this little loop right here so you can grab it with your finger and get some extra leverage that way.

We are going to show you a typical application. We are just going to tie up this gas can here to in our bed rack and show you how easy it is to get that little finger loop on there. Typically you just take it and run it around and then pull it out and you are good to go. However, if you did not have the luxury of grabbing that from this side, and had to sneak your hand through here it is easier with this loop. Pull as you need it and you are set. Same thing flies on the other side. And also one other thing to think about is in a weird situation where you cannot see where you are hooking onto, if you have this loop on the side you do not have to worry about getting your finger caught on the end. Next we have part number 3030DAT the 24 inch version, same thing, same look, just a little bit shorter. First things smaller objects you want to tie off because you never have too many of these. You are always going to have one that is too long or too short so you might as well get a couple of each. And there you have it for the easy grip bungee cord from Masterlock 24 inch version 3030DAT and also the 32 inch version 3031DAT, both by Masterlock.
