• Is It Necessary and How Do I Install The Westin Gap Strip # 27-9901 on Sure-Grip Running Boards
  
• I contacted our representative at Westin about installing the Westin Gap Strip, part # 27-9901. He informed me that the not all of the Sure-Grip boards need to use the Gap Strip and some of them include the strip already installed. He informed me that the strip is used on a need basis to cover or conceal the mounting points of the running boards and is not required to be used. If you want to conceal any gap between the sure-grip running board and your vehicle you would install part # 27-9901
