I received the hitch I ordered amazingly fast (2 days from order) and shipping upgrade just cost $7 for speeded up delivery! Unfortunately, it then decided to go from Spring back to Winter (life in the high country of the Colorado Rockies) and it took me a week to get at it. Install was a very, very precise fit, had to have a little patience to get the holes lined up, but they did and consequently, it is now one with my Pathfinder. Advice to other installers, the 4th hole that did not have a bolt in it (just 3 in the tie down) should have a bolt turned through it before you get the hitch in place (has factory paint and dirt in hole). On the negative side, the bizrate survey (yes, I was suckered by the $100. fish hook) only to find out it was just magazine subscriptions (why do you think I bought a hitch, to go read mags in the mountains, ha ha). Immediately after giving bizrate my email address, I started geting a lot of junk mail I had never had before. Now biz rate keeps sending me $100. offers to tell them I received the hitch and to fill out their survey. Just ask me yourself; your whole ordering, delivery, install instructions and fit were a 10 out of 10. I will use you again and recommend you to other camper owners! Thanks Gary
