Install of the hitch would have been a piece of cake except that two of four of the nut plates in the frame were rusty (six year old Corolla). It took a couple of hours soaking in "Liquid Wrench" before I was able to get the bolts to tighten against the hitch. It would have gone quicker if I had a metric tap to clean the rust out of the holes. Here is a possible product idea for etrailer; sell a metric tap to go with the metric bolts...22074

I'm very happy with my purchase from etrailer.com. I needed to move some furniture from Washington to California. Usually, I use a rental truck. This time, there were only a few pieces, so I decided to look into renting a U-haul trailer. It was far cheaper, but I needed a hitch for my 2009 Impala. Etrailer.com had the best price, and some great reviews, so I decided to give it a try. My hitch arrived in only a few days, and the order was exactly right. The hitch fit perfectly, as did the wiring harness. I had my local shop install it. They charged me only 1 hour of shop time. So here's how it ended: hitch + installation + trailer rental was about $100 less than the truck rental. And that's not counting the $400 of gas that rental truck would have used. Etrailer.com had the best price, excellent service, accurate order, and communicated well at every step of the way. I'm very pleased, and I'll definitely do business with them again. Joe L.10253
