I had never had used etrailer before, and found them by surfing the web looking for specific parts and came across their site. I'm always cynical when paying on-line, but was pleasantly surprised with an order acknowledgement almost immediately, the parts were shipped the same day, and was followed up with tracking info, and an email asking if the parts were what we were looking for, after they arrived. Excellent, professional and prompt service. My only complaint is that the attachment holes on the latch were ~1/2" closer together than the original OEM part I was replacing. This necessitated drilling a new hole. Not a big deal.25776
