Master lock has done an excellent job on the design and function of this hitch lock. After doing a number of research on varies types and models, this was the top choice. Right now I'm just using it for my hitch cover. I don't want my cover getting legs and walk away. It fits perfectly on my 2012 Dodge Durango Crew factory 2" hitch receiver. The next best thing about this Lock. I brought it from you guys (Etrailer). The price was right and shipping was fast. From here on out I will only buy all of my hitch and roof rack assessories from etrailer. Great job guys and keep the great work.73178

The front hitch was easily installed with no more than a socket set. The 9" hitch is too short to get past the bumper if you plan to have the ball at bumper height like I needed. Even the 11" hitch was too tight, so I got a 12" extender, inserted my regular hitch, and it came out fine. No one even notices it when the receiver is not in use.53825

I purchased two of these units keyed alike. I really like the way the lock side is perpendicular to the pin, makes it much easier to unlock the unit. There is a rubber washer on the lock side that I immediately knocked off into my receiver upon first insertion (with both units!), but the units seem to be working fine without them. 40028
