Today we are going to install part number 13085 from Curt, and we are going to install this on a 2003 Ford Windstar. All right, we will go ahead and start our install. What we are going to do is run our fish wire through this hole, come out this hole here, where this wire is, and then we will go ahead and pull our bolts back through. Run your fish wire, run your plate on. Go ahead and slide it in, make sure you do not - make sure to keep the wire out on both ends of the frame - and then thread on your bolt. Then pull it on back through, just like that. And you want to do the same thing on the drivers side.
OK, now we can go ahead and install the hitch by the bolts we just installed. What you want to do is go ahead and move the hitch around and get it centered in the frame, and make sure it is even on both sides. And once you have it the way you want it, go ahead and snug down these two bolts right here. That way, so when we drill out the other two holes, using the hitch as a template, the hitch will not move around on us. All right, we will go ahead and start drilling out our holes. We will start with a 1/4-inch hole as a pilot hole for the 1/2-inch bit we will use next. All right, next we can go ahead and fish wire our hardware back into the frame, with the other two bolt holes we just drilled out, doing the same thing as we did for the first one. Then go ahead and fish wire our bolts onto the other side, too. Now, at this point, we can go ahead and tighten our bolts to the torque specified in the instructions. All right, and with that, that finishes our install of part number 13085 from Curt.

Loved this product it was easy to install they provided the wire to feed the bolts through the frame. The hitch lined up perfectly with the factory holes and the other holes were easy to drill because they predrilled the holes for you on the hitch. I pulled my boat the same day I installed the hitch and all together only took about half an hour could be done in less time if you had a lift. The costumer service was astounding they not only got my order quickly processed but they up graded my shipping for free and I got my order the next day. I love the product and I love this company I would recommend it to all my friends and family it is definitely safe and reliable. Thank you etrailer.com and all of your employees 12635
