This kit uses the 119146 upgraded, Modulite powered converter and includes everything necessary for installation on your vehicle.

Tow Ready ModuLite Wiring Harness with Powered Converter by Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch and Reese

Features:

• Virtually eliminates draw on the vehicle's taillight circuit
• Works with either LED or incandescent bulbs on both the trailer and vehicle
• Works with most vehicles multiplex wiring systems for lighting
• Taillight circuit has been upgraded to work with vehicles using PWM, allowing converter to turn on fully giving trailer maximum light brightness
• Powers the trailer's stop, turn, tail and running lights directly from the tow vehicle's battery
• May be used on 2 and 3 wire systems
  • When used on 2 wire systems, brake wire on harness must be grounded
• Eliminates the need for a heavy duty flasher
• Includes circuit tester, wire to run to the battery, and (5) quick splices to aid in installation

Warning: Overloading circuit can cause fires. Do not exceed lower of towing manufacturer rating or:

• Max. stop/turn light: 1 per side (2.1 amps)
• Max. tail lights: (7.5 amps)

Using a circuit tester, like the Quickee # 3808, check the connection points in the vehicle side connector, to check for constant power on the running light circuit (brown wire on the 4-Way) when the vehicle and lights are turned off.
