Installation: Connection point is located under the vehicle, behind the rear bumper on the passenger side of the van. The 4-pole trailer connector will be stowed under the vehicle close to the trailer hitch. A mounting bracket is recommended.

Tech Tip: It is always a good idea to apply a small amount of grease to all electrical connections to help prevent corrosion.

Overloading circuit can cause fires. Do not exceed lower of towing manufacturer rating or:

Max. stop/turn light: 1 per side (2.1 amps)
Max. tail lights: (4 amps)

The port is tucked up right here, but we popped it out so you can see it better. This is a pretty simple process, just go ahead and push this down, pull it out, get your T connector, line up the slots and pop it back in there. The hard part is finding a place where you want to mount it to get it out of the way. What well do is use this screw that goes through this hole here. Hold it to where you want it, make a few marks with it and then draw the marks. We then drill a hole and re-attach the screw.

After attaching this here we ran our wires across behind the hitch and there is a wire harness back up in here. We had to zip tie the excess to take up the slack. We did that here and way up here you can feel the harness next to the hose and you can zip tie all of them, probably all three would be fine right there. That will conclude the install.
