- I spoke with my contact at Superwinch and he sent me the instructions for the Superwinch ATV Winch Custom Mounting Kit, item # 2202375. In the instructions you can see that the winch will mount inside the front push bar and that the roller fairlead will be attached to the front of the winch mount and stick out just a bit. The mount for the roller plate is included with the # 1120210 ATV unit.

- The Superwinch LT2000 ATV Winch, # 1120210, has accessories more suited for ATVs, and the wiring included may not be long enough to reach the battery, let alone the cigarette lighter if mounted in the front. If mounted in the back it would really be a stretch. It does have a single line capacity of 2,000 pounds, so pulling a 950 pound boat should not be a problem.

- Using Bumper Winch as Hoist
- I would be very leery about using a bumper winch for this purpose. These winches are designed to pull, not lift.
We offer a Crane Winch, part # 03002 that would work for this purpose, but it would need 12-volt DC power to work. I believe your best bet would be to find you a 110V electric hoist with sufficient capacity for the barrels and cases of soda.

- To connect the hot wire or Red wire of the Rocker Switch, you will connect it to the wire in the ignition switch that only is powered when the ignition is in the ON position. - The best way to extend the wiring would be to get 10 Gauge Blue Primary Wire, part # 10-1-1, to extend the wiring and then use a 12-10 Gauge Butt Connector, part # 05732-2, to connect the wires. And then finally wrap the connection with Electrical Tape, part # BT66.
That should give you the additional 12 inches you would need to connect your Superwinch LT2000 ATV Winch, part # 1120210, to your 2005 Yamaha Wolverine 350 FX.

- The closest winch mount for a Kawasaki KLF 300 Bayou is for a 1989 model. There is no listing for a 1987. If your ATV has a 2 inch trailer hitch receiver, you could use the Portable Receiver Mount, # 1559B.
