Just wanted to pass a simple note of thanks for getting my order delivered on time, and 100 correct. The entire process from ordering to delivery was flawless. I originally placed my order with another company [..] I was charged for it, received the wrong hitch 2x, After 30+ days I still hadn't received their product. Thats when I called etrailer and less than one week later- Job complete.
