This semi-custom SportRack roof rack easily installs on your vehicle's bare roof so you can carry extra cargo to your next destination. Adjustable, rotating footpads combine with an easy-to-use numbering system to make the rack conform to your roof for a good fit.

A unique numbering system is inscribed on the crossbars to aid in installation. This system corresponds to numbers noted in the easy-to-read application guide. First, find the number indicated for your car, and then slide the roof-rack feet along the crossbars until they line up with the appropriate number for your application. Tighten the feet in place with the included Allen wrench.

Refer to the application guide to find specific measurements that allow you to properly position the rack on your roof. To begin installing the roof rack on your vehicle, open the passenger's- and driver's-side doors. Place the front crossbar first, and make sure that the screws that hold the clamps in the roof-rack feet are loose before positioning the feet on your roof.

Before attaching the clamps to the door jambs and tightening them down, you need to make sure that the feet and pads are oriented correctly. The bottom of each foot can be rotated to better fit the slope of your roof. Make sure that the feet are sitting flush against the roof.

Once the feet are properly positioned, attach the clamps to the door jambs and tighten via the screws in the feet. After the front crossbar is positioned, review the instructions for the measurements needed to place the rear crossbar and repeat the same process for that crossbar.

Once everything is tightened down, place the locking covers over the feet to deter theft of the rack.

Video Transcript for SportRack Semi-Custom Roof Rack for Naked Roofs Review

Today we'll be reviewing the SportRack Semi-Custom Roof Rack System for Naked Roofs. This economically priced removable roof rack system is going to clamp to your vehicle's naked roof. It's got a square bar design with a steel construction so it's going to accommodate a variety of accessories such as bike racks, ski carriers and cargo baskets just to name a few. You're going to get two crossbars. This is going to support your accessories. You're also going to get four feet, two per crossbar. The feet are going to have the nice coated clamp so it's not going to damage your vehicle.

You're also going to have the pad on the bottom of the foot to protect the finish that goes around the roof line of your vehicle. Each foot pack is going to have a lockable cover, so if we remove the cover it's going to expose the Allen bolt that secures the foot pack to the vehicle. Once you have that installed on your naked roof you place the lockable cover over the Allen bolt. That way nobody can gain access to it to remove the system from your roof, and it's going to come with a set of keys. Another great feature about this roof rack system is how easily adjustable it is. Now in the fit guide you're going to be able to find your particular year, make, and model. It's going to list some numbers that you can set your clamps at to fit your vehicle.

You're going to take the included Allen key, loosen up the Allen bolt, and then you can adjust this as necessary until you get the correct number to line up in this space. In order to install our roof rack system we just need to go ahead and open up our front doors. We'll do this on both sides. We'll place our front bar onto the front part of our roof. Now to ensure that we get this in the correct location you can refer to the fit guide to see the distance that you need from the center of the door jam to the center of the foot pack. All right, with this side in place we'll go over to the driver side and repeat that same process.

Now with our front bar set we can go ahead and remove the locking cover, gaining access to the Allen bolt. Take the included Allen key and tighten it down. This is just going to secure the clamp around the roof line of our vehicle. We'll want to make our way from side to side, tightening it a little bit at a time to get a nice secure fit. With our front bar secured we can go ahead and and reinstall our locking covers. Then we can get ready to put on our rear bar.

Then we can close our doors. As you can see, the clamp that goes around the roof line does not interfere with the shutting of our door. Now we'll place our rear bar onto the rear part of our roof. To make sure we get this bar in the correct position, another measurement needs to be taken. Again, you can find that in the fit guide, measuring from the center of one bar to the center of the other. We'll do it on both sides to ensure that our bars are parallel and that our feet are straight across from each other. All right, with our bars in place we can go ahead and repeat the same tightening process that that we used for our front bar. This system may require the SportRack Short Roof Adapter sold separately with part number SR1116 for shorter roofs or dramatically curved roof lines. It's made from a sturdy steel construction with a black plastic coating that's going to stand up well against rust and harsh UV rays. This roof rack system's going to offer a weight capacity of 130 pounds and the crossbars are going to measure 50" long, by 3/4" wide, by 3/4" tall. That's going to do it for our review of the SportRack Semi-Custom Roof Rack for Naked Roofs. .

I was skeptical about how this "naked roof" attachment strategy was going to work, but now that I've tried it out I feel OK about it. The rubber is pretty thick, so I haven't seen any scratch marks. Once you get it adjusted for your vehicle it's pretty easy to mount or dismount. The only complaint I have is that the doors "don't close right" when it is attached (at least on my 2008 Honda Fit Sport) -- they get forced slightly down, which probably isn't serious, but it isn't good for them either. This also means the weatherstripping doesn't fully seal, so I hear more wind noise when driving (not counting the noise the bars and bikes add). It hasn't rained on my vehicle while this is attached yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if a little water leaked through too. This is my first rack mount, and all in all I'm satisfied with it. It was a reasonable price, was easy to install, and doesn't feel like it's going to loosen up and fly off. 138909

Hi Jacob, The weatherstrip that is getting folded on your fit is actually a water diverter strip designed to gutter the majority of water away from the main sealing weatherstrip. One is mounted on the door and one is mounted on the body of the car. You will be fine in the wet weather.

comment by: Glen - 08/17/2015

Still working fine though it has caused the weatherstripping water diverter material on my 2008 Fit to sustain some slight damage beginning to break.

---These were installed on a 2009 Hyundai Elantra--- First off, I guess I didn't read properly when I ordered because I was surprised at the quality of these bars when they arrived--I wasn't expecting such solid-feeling, quality metal! These puppies are heavy for their initial appearance! Anyways, I installed them myself in less than 15 minutes! Super easy instructions. I also found the video provided on the website pretty useful, too, because I am no handywoman. After putting it all together, I climbed on my car and shook it by the bars King-Kong style. This test put more than the recommended 100lbs stress on it that the manual said it shouldn't exceed. Nothing budged except my car. I feel confident that these will really hold up! I plan on using a cargo carrier to move across the country on these bars. I was nervous when ordering that this wouldn't work out--but after stress-testing it a little and feeling how strong it is, I'm no longer worried. My one qualm was that the measurements for how far apart the grips needed to be spaced was wrong. The booklet said "18inches" (or 19, I cant remember) for the front and an inch less for the back. However, when I put them on my car, it was well over that, the front needed 23 inches on both sides, and the back was straddling about 23.5 inches on either side. But, my car is relatively new to me, so it's pooooossssssiiiiibbbblllleeee that my car is a "sport" version or something like that. Lastly, customer service was great. I got a call that they couldn't ship to my PO box, and the guy on the phone was friendly and kind. After fixing that, my order was shipped within like two hours which was so impressive and pleasant! Thanks, etrailer! I'll be back for anything else I could need--you all made it so painless and worry-free for me! (Feel free to use photos as you wish.) 284830

Very solid and secure. I'm impressed! Must say I had my doubts but this product but it performs beyond my expectations. We needed a second roof rack system to shuttle our kayaks back to the "put-in" after paddling down river on the Chattahoochee. We originally purchased a Thule system for my girlfriends wagon at [...]'s garage sale and found fold down kayak holders at another garage sale months later. That left the rigid stand up kayak holders (that you see in the pics) just sitting around. This etrailer.com roof rack works great for our needs, is easily removable, and super economical. Happy kayaking! 258108

This is a great rack. We are very happy with it. The cost is great compared with the popular brands. It mounts so firm I can shake the whole car with it. There is a little wind noise above 60 mph but that is to be expected. There is a discrepancy in the instructions though minor. The pieces that hook into the door area are supposed to be flush with the car, per instructions. This can't happen on a Honda Fit as there is a ridge that prevents it. It is however very safe and secure sticking out a little. Not really a problem but I could see how some people might think they have a problem. 213013

Glen, does the roof rack interfere with the doors at all? Ive heard that on the fit, they get in the way of the weatherstripping and cause the doors to close a little funny. Can you confirm?ThanksJeremy

comment by: Jeremy F - 08/13/2015

Hi Jeremy F., The weatherstrip does indeed touch the roof rack. It does indeed cause a VERY LITTLE pressure on the door. If I pay close attention I can feel the interference but it is so minor as not to hurt the door or weatherstrip. I worked as a mechanic for 30 years at dealerships and have seen this a-lot. Here is a way to look at it. If you are going to leave the rack on all the time it will deform the weatherstrip, you might want to see if the expensive ones have a thinner piece between the roof and weatherstrip. If you are going to take it off after the weekend then this is the rack for you. It will be fine. I know that Thule has just as thick of a piece and does the same thing. Hope this helps.

Took longer than expected (11 days) for the roof rack to show up but once it did I had it installed on my 07 Prius in about a 1/2 an hour . The quality far exceeded my expectations ! Seems to be comprable to a Thule rack at about half the price . Makes a little noise at highway speed but not too bad . I think I'll skip the fairing . Very pleased ! 80114

Can you confirm this rack system will fit a 2009 Chevy Aveo5 hatchback? Thanks.

comment by: Diane - 07/28/2013

I double checked SportRacks fit guide and the SR1002 will fit 2004-2011 Chevy Aveo 5DR.

Patrick B - 7/30/2013

Its been a year since I installed the rack on my Prius. In that time Ive added a Thule Yak Stacker and have hauled 2 kayaks several times with no issues at all . I have also hauled 2x4s 20 miles down the highway with no problem . I left it on my car all winter long and it showed very little effect of having been out in its first NH winter. I m still very pleased and confident that I made a great purchase !

Robert - 05/14/2014

how did you find the fit numbers for the frontback for your prius? I have an 09 and am finding difficulty finding the numbers to set it at

I like the design. One of our cross members did have a significant gouge (straight out of the box) in the plastic casing that wraps the cross member but I didn't have time to return it before I needed to use it. It is pretty sturdy system overall but the clamp's design does not force each clamp to pinch as much as it should. As the clamps are tightened, they begin to stretch and slip up off of the car's overhead structure. The design should have an additional adjustment on each end that cantilevers the top of the clamp to pull out on the top which would force the bottom to pivot/ push into the car more. I was worried during our travel that it would be jolted and then slip off of its install point. So the install would require the installer to place the assembly, tighten each opposing cantilever adjustment while simultaneously and incrementally tightening the other adjustment crew for snug fit in the vertical direction. 144184

Hey its george right? Um i did just recieve the product, it didnt come with a allen wrench like the pictures said and i was looking through my tools for one for like an hour but thats no worries, the roof rack does interfere with my doors a little you have to push a little hard to close them pretty much slam them but im not worried to much since its an older car they are mounted really tights i could shake the whole car and they wouldnt move I am satisfied with them i do want to loosen them and try to get the rubber piece back into its spot. I initially got them ao i can put a snowboard mount on it so I dont have to stuff my snowboard into my trunk this year. Oh I think they actually look really good on my car too. 315894

Thanks for your business and your review, Travis - I have submitted your comment about the missing allen wrench to our customer service team, who should be in touch as soon as possible.

This rack is made by Thule and the quality is solid and the price about 1/2 of a Thule. The directions could be better - the bolt under the lock needs to be backed off all the way and the mount giggle a little to get it to conform to the roof lines on the Prius. Other than that, very easy to install with the included allen wrench. The rack feels like it's welded to the roof - I can grab it and shake the car. etrailer has EXCELLENT sales support and follow through - really top of the line! 91879

The rack is still rock solid and working great. However once the rainy season started I noticed that rain was entering through depressions in the weatherstripping where weatherstripping is in contact with the rack support. Eventually, the weatherstripping was somewhat damaged by the rack.

Ron M - 01/25/2015

Thank you for the feedback Ron! We are glad to hear you have enjoyed the racks. We offer 10 different models, one of which will typically fit nearly any vehicle, so the instructions are left somewhat vague, as the racks are not vehicle specific like the Thule systems. Each vehicle on which a SportRack is being installed may be slightly different as they cover many models. Thanks!

It's easy to put on and seems really solid. I'm looking forward to putting my kayak on and heading out. The only criticism is that I should have considered in advance is the wind noise; but that's not the problem of the rack really. The rails are boxy and not the most aerodynamic, but aftermarket roof racks are noisier. Follow the directions and your rack should be unboxed and mounted within 30 minutes. 220345

A year in, this rack is a powerhouse. I have j-racks added for my kayak and have also loaded a bed frame on it. I kayak almost every weekend

i called etrailer looking to buy my first set of kayak racks for my chevy malibu, i was looking for a affordable, tough set of racks that where easy to install and i also had some specific questions reguarding the rack. i was able to talk to Melinda E. a sales rep at etrailer, she was fantastic. she was tons of help and answered all of my questions, she helped me get just what i was looking for. i have delt with lots of companies but none have went as smooth as the transaction with melinda E. at etrailor. she let me know when the item shiped via email, also when it arrived. wich only took 2 days! and free shipping! the rack is perfect and just what i was looking for, i was able to install it in about 35 minutes, it also had great instructions. dont go buy a $500+ dolar rack, this rack is wonderfuly built and will save you lots of money for you to spend on your adventures!! i cant recomend this rack enough. if you want to order anything, ask for Melinda E. extention 332 she will be a ton of help, hope this reveiw helps! 179881

I ordered a SportRack for my 2011 Nissan Versa, the one the sales lady said would fit both the 4-door and 5-door Nissan Versas. The specified setting of 21 for the forward rack was inadequate to span the roof at the specified position (15 inches). I made it work by setting that rack at 24. The rear rack could not be made to span the roof at the specified distance of 28 inches aft of the leading edge of the rear door. Even at the maximum setting on the transverse bar and with the hook adjustment screws at their maximum extension there was not enough reach for the anchoring hooks to grasp the edge of the door opening. Only by moving the rear rack so far forward that it was no longer a useful roof rack system could I get the rear rack to attach. Money down the drain. If you need a roof rack, then find a local installer and forget about mail order purchases. With a local installer your money stays in your pocket until the job is done right. 188716

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. It sounds like there may have been some confusion on the measurement and rack placement. We do have a tech support line to offer assistance on installations should you need any expert advice. Thanks again!

Cons 1. Easy to steal you're stuff (need to change your bolt to either a Spline bolt or a Torx bolt. 2. A lot of wind noise without a wind deflector (fairing) 3. Locks are not that great. Keeps the honest people away Pros: 1. MADE IN USA. ?????? 2. Awesome at highway speeds. Tested it with my $750 Cannondale bike at 85-90mph. Normally drive at 75mph ?? 3. Looks good (to me at least, that's all I care about) 4. Thule owns the company. Thule fairing and accessories fit this rack. 5. Looks good on my car. Get a lot of compliments. I cruise a 2012 Chevy Malibu. 6. Doesn't leak water. When washing or when I'm driving in the rain. Reason for the 3 stars 1. How easy it is to steal. 288717

I bought these for my 2011 Hyundai Sonata so I could haul my fishing kayak around. The price and delivery were first class and I couldn't be happier with that aspect. The bars themselves were very easy to install. The measurements for the width of the car was laughably off, however the width from the door to the bar and the separation of the two bars was spot on. Once you have those, it's easy enough to make them fit on your vehicle. 271940

Not as easy to mount as you would think. 2 people would have been a big help. I ended up putting a couple self tapping screws though the mounting hook to the underside of the door sill. It's not going anywhere now. Not a bad set up for the price either between the rack and the basket I have xxx invested. fair price considering the alternatives or the hassle of making my own. 310517

I just installed this roof rack on my 2011 Toyota Camry. It took me about 45 minutes. (I'm sure it will be much quicker next time) I read all the instructions and watched the video several times. It was extremely helpful. I wish it had stressed making sure that the measured bars were very tight before installation, because that slowed me down a bit as I discovered what other experienced people probably already knew, and had to backtrack. Also, I wasn't sure about how much to tighten everything. I'll have my husband check that! The measurements for my car were perfect and I'm happy with the installation. It seems very tight and solid. Now I'm waiting for my kayak racks to arrive so I can see how that goes. Very happy so far with this rack. Diane A. 281763

Bought Sportrack for my 2010 Camry 4-door sedan. Previously had Thule rack for a 1998 Camry and found that the adapters to fit it to the 2010 Camry would cost about twice as much as the entire Sportrack. Sportrack was easy to install, very comparable to the Thule and in some ways better. Fit and finish is excellent. Dealing with etrailer was great. 318049

SportRack does not offer their bars outside of the kits. Even if they did, the measurement system may be off and you would not be able to use the measurements in the instructions. The systems we have where you could elect to use longer bars come from Thule and Yakima, in particular their square and round bar systems respectively.

I ordered it Monday, received it on Thursday!! Fits my 2011 Honda Civic like a gem. Instructions are very simple and I had mine set on my car in twenty minutes. Only small issue I took with the product is that the adjustable sliders were put on so tight, not only were they difficult to loosen up to the length I needed, but there were considerable dents in the rails because of this. I chalked this up to being expected after using myself, but I was disappointed to see this on a brand new product. Other than that, I feel secure with my kayak on the rack and I'm confident traveling long distances on the highway. I shopped around extensively and you won't find a better product for the price! Overall very pleased with etrailer and the product!! 272276

The initial quality seemed acceptable. However, the part that sits in the door/roof channel has a different angle then what the product on the rack mounting bracket. I was concerned about it but thought it would conform to it when I tightened the adjustment screws. However, I've installed rear rack twice now with the second time heavily tightening/torquing down the screws. Unfortunately the rear rack's bracket has again popped off! I regret buying this product and am unlikely to try it a third time. BTW, I hold an engineering degree and have worked with my hands all my life so it's not a question of ineptness. The product would likely have worked fine if the bracket had matched the angle of the door/roof channel. 262440

The rack is well made and I have no problem with the quality of the manufacture or appearance. Etrailer's service was absolutely perfect and I will gladly use them again in the future. The downside is the fit is "generic" as a made for my car model adapter set for my Thule racks is no longer produced. Because of the "fits many models", the side plates for the rack hold my door slightly ajar and the wind noise that results from the top of the door not closing fully is really bad. I've tried moving it forwards and back but no bueno. IF you need a rack and no specific kit is available I'd say get this but I may have to take it off as the fit and resulting noise is wearing me out. 141611

No water leaks. Yes there is a little displacement of the outer seal but there is an inner seal also. You will get some wind noise from the aerodynamics but I dont mind

Even after watching the web site video of the installation when I first look at the rack, I was convinced it would not fit on my car. To my amazement, after some tinkering not fully described in the directions, I was successfully able to mount the rack on the car roof. It fits well and is relatively easy to install. It would have gone a lot quicker if only all of the instructions had been provided. In spite of this, I am very pleased with the rack. It is a great value and we've already carried our two kayaks to the lake and back successfully. You could spend two to three times as much for a big brand name system and not do any better. 270344

This roof rack seems legit. Putting it on my car was fairly easy. Just a little tweaking needed. I haven't really noticed any major increase in wind noise, only a little and I was really listening for it. I got this to haul a 10' kayak around but I just received the rack yesterday and put it on today and haven't had a chance to carry my kayak yet. I don't foresee a problem. The rack is solid on the car and looks good. I'm very pleased with it. Etrailer had the best price and shipping was quick. I'm happy. 211681

The assembly and mounting instructions provided were very well written and portrayed with key pictures of each step. Roof rack is well designed and fabricated, light weight but rigid, hardware is allen head and should wear well, mounted Thule J cradles that fit well. The suggested roof positioning is not fixed and adjustments can be made to accomodate differing loads, skis vs kayaks. After 20 mile trip with 2 kayaks, no adjustments were required, rack remained tight and quiet. I look forward to many trips in my motorhome with my toad Honda Fit, roof rack carrying 2 Kayaks. I highly recommend this rack. 294077

The SportRack is a great buy. When I took it out of the box, it was in perfect condition; no dinks or tears on the "rubber" coatings and painted metal parts. It looks and works like a mini van Thule rack I bought 30 years ago. (Except the price was only a third of what a Thule would have cost me.) The suggested width numbers between right and left mounting brackets were off, but not important. Just make sure the numbers are the same on both sides when fitting to your roof. It took me about 15 minutes to properly measure an mount the 1st time. After that, it will take about 5 minutes. Excellent. 238094

While its twice the price of the cheapest rails you can find at Walmart or Freddy's its THREE TIMES the quality!! At ikea and other retailers the Yamaha and similar systems (while quite nice) are ridiculously expensive. THIS system, at $[...] is much more than I was expecting and PERFECT for carrying my 11' rigid bottom inflatable! Very strong and even good looking and includes ZLICKING COVERS to prevent theft from your vehicle. I'm happy and you will be too for this price. ONLY negative might be that the cross bar is a very strong non-metal material which stops me from welding items to it. 255385

This is a solid rack and reasonably priced. It has a solid "locked in" feel on my roof. Nitpicking a little, the rubber pads have protrusions that fit through holes in the feet, but they don't fit well or stay in place. I suppose it doesn't matter after the rack is tightened in place because they aren't going any where. Also the inside part of the foot doesn't actually touch my roof ('09 Hyundai Sonata). The video and installation instructions are complete and detailed. Overall I'd recommend it as a good choice, I use mine for a small kayak and it works great. 183031

I use the roof rack for carrying kayaks (1 or 2 at a time), 15' - 17' long. I slip foam blocks over the rack tubes (the kayaks rest on the foam blocks) and strap the kayaks to the tubes. The rack is the base component and it mounts securely to the car so I don't have to worry about the load. Mounting to the car is easy once you have the rack posts adjusted to the roof width. One allen bolt at each corner, 3-5 turns to tighten when mounting, 3-5 turns to loosen to remove. 5 minutes on or off, easy and quick. I am very pleased with the quality and function. 261039

I absolutely love this roof rack, it took all of 5 minutes to install, super sporty, sturdy and I can't say enough about etrailer. This is the second thing I've purchased from them and I don't know how they do it, I ordered this in the evening and bam...I get home from work the next day and it's on the porch! thanks for being so awesome etrailer! 47746

I purchased the SportRack for my 2009 Hyundai Sonata. The installation instructions were very clear, it only took about 35 minutes to install and adjust. The quality is very good. You can spend more if you want a big name but if you want to spent less and get the job done the SportRack can't be beat. 222261

Hello Pete. I too have a 2009 Sonata and am considering this rack. Have you had any problems with fitment or security in all wet her cinditions since you installed? Also has it caused any problems with the door or weather striping? Thanks, Kent.

Do not fit well especially with the heat. The rubber heats up and does not stay put. Actually one of the rubber pieces on the rack that connect to the bar popped out where it's rather cheaply pieced together. These connectors actually damaged the plastic like resin or coating the car has on the upper part of my doors when I clamped them down. They don't hold well at all and I spent the entire trip worrying I was going to lose everything. Any undue pressure to like using tie downs and they pop right out of place. GEEZ 91864

Directions were a little sketchy but if you can look at pictures and have some common sense, you'll do just fine. I put my kayak on top of my Camry and went out today. Easy to do, easy to tie down, load was secure and stable. I'd say that means it works as advertised! The other big plus, the noise reduction!! Since I didn't have to put the straps through my car the noise was reduced greatly. If you're here it's cause you're considering it. If you're concerned, don't be! Click buy! 262997

This is a high quality roof rack for a really good price. Be sure to use the precise measurements for mounting locations provided in the instructions. You also need to adjust the settings on the crossbars according to your car's make & model. If you don't use the precise location & settings, you will have more wind noise. FYI, I have a 2011 Toyota Camry and it works great now that I actually followed the instructions. The online installation video was very helpful, as well. 341722

The quality of the racks is great and exceeded my expectations at a very reasonable price. The racks were shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. My only problem was that the numbers to set the bar at for my car didn't work, but with a little trial and error I figured it out, even with that the installation only took 45 mins. I,m very happy with the racks, and they are the lowest price I could find for a high quality rack system anywhere. 235992

This works great you just really have to make sure the rack is on there very tight to where you can't pull it off with your hands. Also you have to strap it down so that it does not make the bars flex or they will loosen and cause problems. 145810

Easy to install. Took me about 35 minutes. Seems very solid so far. I haven't had the board on it yet, but this rack is exactly what I was looking for (with locks) at a very decent price. I recommended you guys on Facebook. I searched for an install video on Youtube that was helpful too. Thanks for offering this product. If I went with Thule's product including locks it would have cost me 300 bucks more. 133134

The product arrived in a timely manner with specific information as to where it was all of the time. There was a credit card issue in the initial order and when I called I was pleasantly surprised to talk with a person who expressed sincere interest in my experience with the company The product is of high quality and is heavy duty, something which I was concerned about. It exceeded my expectations. 339345

Product arrived on time, in good shape. Instruction were OK. Installation went well and produce finishes were, OK. The cross bar had two digs in the plastic coating on the bar. Neither one broke through to the metal. I'm pretty sure it did not happen during transport, as the marks were in the middle of the bar and the system was packed well. In all would recommend both supplier and product. 162680

I like the design and looks but there are three problems I've seen so far. Starting off, I'm sure I put it together correctly but water still seemed to get between my doors into the car, also the manual for the number is wrong for my car(Honda accord 07). Finally, my car door doesn't shut properly but does shut, overall I still think its awesome, just keep this in consideration, thanks. 223955

Good day, if water is penetrating the weather stripping of the doors, you can tighten the clamps a bit more than normal, or adjust the feet so they are about 1/4 closer together across the bar, this should eliminate any leaking. Thank you
