The semi-custom SportRack Frontier roof rack easily installs on your vehicle's rain gutters so you can carry extra cargo to your next destination. Hand knobs let you tighten down the roof-rack feet to your rain gutters, and a locking system is built into the hand knobs to deter theft.

To begin installing the roof rack on your vehicle, place the front crossbar on your roof and position the clamping brackets of the feet around the rain gutters. Make sure that the bar is centered side to side on your roof by sliding it through the feet until it is in the desired position. Then tighten the bottom hand knobs to secure the clamping brackets to your rain gutters.

Next, push the tops of the rack feet inward, toward the center of your roof. Then tighten the top hand knobs to secure the feet to the crossbar. Once the front bar is tightened down on your roof, repeat the same steps to position and secure the rear crossbar.

To deter theft of your roof rack, you can lock the bottom hand knobs with the provided keys to secure the rack to your roof.
