Features:

Ease installation of your electric brake controller by using this custom wiring adapter. Simply connect the 4 wires of the harness to your brake controller and then plug the other end into the built-in harness beneath your vehicle's dash.
Features:
This adapter plugs into the 6-pin connector on your vehicle's built-in brake control wiring harness. The harness is located underneath the dash, to the left of the steering column, taped to another harness near the emergency brake pedal.
To install your electric brake controller you need to connect the four wires - ground, power, brake switch and brake power - of the controller to your vehicle. Certain manufacturers offer pre-wired options, typically known as tow packages, wherein these wires are run for you from the dash to the trailer connector on the back of your vehicle. Often, a brake controller wiring harness is included with your tow package. This harness plugs into a port beneath your dash and connects to the four wires of the brake controller. If you do not have a harness, or you need a new one, the Tow Ready wiring adapter will serve the same purpose.

Works, But could be better Have used this product for 5 months and over 450 miles, Too hard to setup and dial in correctly, I still have either not fast enough braking or too fast causing jerking, I have tried to set the side lever for the delay, But it is too sensitive, it;s either too much or too little, The product works, But I am looking for something a little smoother stopping power, i am towing a 2010 268RB Outback with a 2004 Silverado3237

Yes, too much or too little braking. Lever broke off this weekend while braking for a turn, something inside snapped and left me with no trailer brakes-thanks Hayes.26071
