Let's see: My order came quickly, Delivered to the correct address In perfect condition The hitch was well designed All parts that were supposed to be included were present. The instructions were crystal clear. The hitch installation took HALF the time you said (20 minutes, not 40). Of course, I have air and some people don't. It was a perfect fit for my vehicle. Oh, and it was the best price I found anywhere, by a reasonable margin. I am very sorry to tell you that if you need a reference, I'll be able to provide one in the most glowing of terms. Sorry, because I'd feel obliged to tell anyone you sent my way who wanted to look at the hitch and install. It could take hours of my time! Damn! Seriously, thanks a ton. I appreciate it when a product I need exceeds my expectations, at a reasonable cost, and value highly the service aspects (the instructions, which were clear, the email confirmations of my order and follow up) just as highly.
