Can the Arms of the Softride Dura Be Secured to Prevent Theft- I spoke with my contact at Softride and he informed me that in order to prevent theft of the arms and possibly your bikes with this Softride Dura 4 Bike Rack # SR26247-24232 you would need to use the included cable that comes out of the back of the rack and ran it to the yellow loop on the front of the arms of this rack and then secure it with a pad lock of your choice and you would prevent anyone from stealing the arms and your bikes by just removing the arms.
For a padlock you could use a M

Will the Wheel Hoops of the Softride Versa Bike Rack Part # SR26249 Accommodate a 3 Inch Wide Wheel- I ran out to the warehouse, and pulled a Softride Versa off the shelf to get a measurement for you. The wheel hoops will accommodate tires up to 2-3/4 inches wide, so it would not be a good choice for your bike.
Depending on the style of bike and its wheelbase, the Thule T2, part # TH916XTR might be a good choice for you. The wheel trays can handle bike tires up to 3 inches wide, and wheelbases up to 48 inches.

Softride Tailgate Pad Bike Carrier Recommendation for a 2007 Honda Ridgeline- I spoke with my contact at Softride and he informed me that you would want a Softride Tailgate Pad Bicycle Transporter for Mid-Size Trucks # SR26461. My contact said there have been Honda Ridgeline owners who have used this carrier without a problem.
If you want to double check you can measure your tailgate, the # SR26457 is 54 inches long.
I attached a review video for this product for you to check out also.

Recommendation For Hitch and Bike Rack To Fit 2012 VW Eos That Will Not Interfere With Convertible- For the 2012 Volkswagen Eos you will use the Curt Class I 1-1/4 Inch Hitch, part # 11090. This hitch is a Class I hitch so you will limited to only hauling 2 bikes maximum on a hitch bike rack. I am including a link to the installation instructions on the Curt hitch.
For a 2 bike hitch rack that will work on your Volkswagen Eos, I would recommend the Swagman XTC-2 Platform Bike Rack, part # S64670. This platform style bike rack has a center post that can be lowered down and out of the way of

Will Softride Dura Bike and Ski Rack # SR26247-24232 Clear Rear Hatch on 2010 Buick Enclave- There are a few measurements you will need to take. The first will be to see if you can mount the Softride Dura Bike and Ski Rack # SR26247-24232, to your 2010 Buick Enclave. The second measurement will be to see the clearance needed for your rear hatch to open with the Dura rack mounted to your vehicle.
You will need to measure from the center of the hitch pin hole on your 2010 Enclave, out to the edge of the rear bumper. If this measurement is less than 6 inches, you can mount the Dura Bike

Trailer Hitch and Bike Rack Recommendation for a 2012 Volkswagen Eos- I do have a bike rack solution for you, but a trunk mount option is not available for the 2012 Eos. Instead, what you can do is install a trailer hitch, # 11090, and then use a hitch mount bike rack compatible with a Class I trailer hitch.
A Class I trailer hitch is cable of holding 2 bikes maximum. I recommend the Swagman Trailhead, # S63360. It has anti-sway cradles, the ability to tilt down, and is compatible with a Class I trailer hitch. I have included a link to the installation details

Availability of 4 Bike Hitch Rack on Jeep Rubicon That Will Allow the Rear Door to Fully Open- The Softride Dura Parallelogram Tilting 4 Bike Rack, part # SR26247, is designed to tilt down and away from the rear of the vehicle on vehicles with a rear hatch that opens upwards. The rear door on your Jeep Rubicon is hinged on the passenger side of the vehicle and opens like a regular door from left side to the right side. The Softride Dura Bike Rack would not give you enough clearance for the rear door of your Jeep Rubicon to fully open.
I would recommend to look at the Yakima SwingDaddy

Recommend Hitch Ski Rack To Carry 4 Pairs of Skis on 2012 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon- The item you selected, Softride Access Ski Rack Attachment, part # SR24232, is designed to be used with the Softride Dura Bike Rack # SR26247, and the Softride Elite bike rack. The Softride Access # SR24232 would be a good option to carry your 4 pairs of skis. You would just need to purchase the Softride Dura to use the Access Ski Rack or use a Softride Elite Rack which has been discontinued.
I would recommend using the Softride Access # SR24232, unless you already have a Thule or Yakima hitc

How to Install the Softride Bike Rack Extender Bar on a Softride Dura Parallelogram Bike Rack- You are correct in that the new Extender Bar, # SR26033, installs the same way as the old one came off of the Softride Dura Parallelogram Tilting 4 Bike Rack, # SR26247.
There is no specific torque rating for the nuts according to Softride but my contact did say that you can tighten them down using a couple of wrenches hand tight (as tight as you can get without applying excessive force which can damage the rack).
A couple of things to keep in mind when changing out the bars are to remembe

Ease of Tilting Function on the Softride Element Bike Rack # SR26248- If the arms were down and the rack was up, to lower the rack you would have to raise the right arm enough to access the pull pin and then you could lower the rack. It would be hardly an inconvenience. It would be much easier than having to remove the entire rack to raise the lift gate of your vehicle.
With the Softride Dura Rack # SR26247 the arms are remove-able but they do not fold down like the Element rack does. Check out the videos I attached on both of these racks to see the what the fo

Will Softride Hydraulic-Assist Dura Bike Rack Fit a 2011 Buick Enclave with Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch- The Softride Hydraulic-Assist Dura, # SR26321, actually has 2 hitch pin holes in the 2 inch shank. The 3-1/2 measurement is for the hole that is closest to the upright bar of the rack.
On the second hitch pin hole, it measures 6 inches from the hitch pin hole center to the back of that top plate and 9 inches to the up right bar. About a quarter of the way up the upright bar, there is a handle and it is 6-3/4 inches from the center of the second hitch pin hole.

Can the Softride Top Tube Bike Adapter Bar, # SR26373 Be Locked- The Softride Top Tube Bike Adapter Bar, # SR26373, does not have a locking feature. All of the bike adapter bars we carry are designed for quick on/off applications and to hold bikes more level. Like you said, using a cable lock, like # CAB-10, would be a good way to deter theft.
A cable lock would be the way to go if it were me. That way I would just have the one key to keep track of.

Replacement Straps for Rhode Gear Trailer Hitch Mounted Bike Racks- The hole diameter on the Softride Replacement Rubber Bike Straps, # SR25869, is too small at 3/8 inches in diameter for the Rhode Gear bike rack. These straps are also 9-16/16 inches long. So it would be very difficult to get the hole onto the cradle and then there would be excess strap hanging after securing the bike to the cradle. Since you would have to use more force to get the hole around the mount on the cradle, it will wear out the strap faster and could also cause it to tear.

Compatibility of Softride Alumina Bike Rack with BMW 328i Sportwagon- The Softride Alumina you referenced is not compatible with a Class 1 receiver, due to the limited tongue weight capacity provided. A class I receiver will have a stop welded or punched into the receiver tube that will prevent the shank of an accessory designed for a class II receiver from being inserted far enough in so that the hitch pin holes line up. This is done to prevent an accessory with a higher weight rating from being used and causing damage to the receiver or the vehicle.

The reason I know it will work, is that the Hidden Hitch # 70785 measures 7 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the farthest edge of the rear spare tire. Bike Rack Recommendation for a Bacchetta Recumbent Bike Rack with an 80 inch Wheelbase- Since your Bacchetta recumbent bike has such a long wheelbase at 80 inches the only way you would be able to transport this bike would be on a Thule Tandem Roof Mounted Bike Rack - Pivoting Design - Fork Mount - for Tandem/Recumbent Bikes, part # TH558P.
