I went out to the warehouse and pulled a Browning Steering Wheel Cover, # SPG9151, to do a test fit. I used my own car which has about a 15 inch diameter steering wheel. It will go on but it takes a lot of effort. If stretched, it could fit a 16 inch steering wheel. The cover is leather so it can expand and contract depending on environmental factors and you do want a tight fit. And it will be a very tight fit.
