You are correct, the rack does not feature an anti-rattle device, but the # 93347 could be used to prevent movement of the bike rack shank. The rack is lightweight, as well as easy to install and remove from the vehicle, but due to the low ground clearance of your Prius, the NV2 might not be the best choice.
