If you have the factory hitch installed on your vehicle, then it is the 2 inch by 2 inch receiver hitch. If it is an aftermarket hitch on your vehicle then it is most likely a 2 inch receiver hitch. You will need to measure the inside width of the opening on the hitch where the receiver slides in. The measurement should be apparent when you use a ruler or tape measure. If your spare tire has at least 3/4 inches of clearance behind it, and you have an available lug opening that passes through the carrier on the vehicle, the Deadbolt # 4324 would work very well for you. How Thick of a Coupler Lip will the DeadBolt BLOCKHEAD fit Over
I pulled a DeadBolt BLOCKHEAD Trailer Coupler # TCL2 from our warehouse and measured the thickness of the lip and found that it is 3/4 inch, so as long as the lip on your trailer is less than 1/4 inch you should have no problem using this product. DeadBolt Hitch Lock Replacement Key
Not all of the DeadBolt locks will have a key number stamped on them. If your lock does have a key number, it would be stamped into the metal on the face of the lock adjacent to the key slot, as shown in the photo I edited for you. Unfortunately, we cannot obtain replacement keys without knowing the key number. If you do not have the number, you can have a locksmith pick it, or you can use an angle grinder with a cut off wheel to cut the lock off.

Over time, if the locking mechanism of a lock has not been operated, it can get stuck or seize. This is especially true if any of the internal components have any corrosion on them.
