How to Test Brake Magnet Amperage With Multimeter- You are correct, the BTMT15 is only designed to measure up to 10A which will not allow you to measure for 4 or 6 brake magnets on a trailer. In this case I would recommend using a multimeter with a higher amperage rating or testing the magnets separately. At this time we do not carry a multimeter capable of testing more than 10A.
The next section of our brake magnet testing article details how to test each magnet separately to determine if one or more of the brake magnets on your trailer is

Getting Power To Trailer Brakes But Brakes Not Activating on 2010 322 Toy Hauler- There are a few things that could be causing the problem you are having with your trailer brakes. What Amperage Circuit does the Electric Scissor Jack Need for Proper Operation- The Buffalo Tools Electric Car Jack, item # BTEJ212, is designed to run on the cigarette lighter circuit in the vehicle. I went out to my truck and checked that circuit and it is a 20 amp circuit. That means you will need at least a 20 amp ac to dc converter for proper function.
I would also install an inline fuse holder, item # 18167-1, along with a 20 Amp fuse.

Can I Use The Buffalo Tools Foot Pump With Gauge # BTFP1 For My Bicycle Tires- The item you selected, Foot Pump with Gauge, part # BTFP1, will work great as a bicycle pump.
Part # BTFP1 is going to work on all tire valves such as bicycles, scooters, and riding lawn mowers.
The Buffalo Tools Foot Pump weighs just under 2 pounds.
This pump has an integrated gauge so that you know how much air pressure is in the tire. If you need a precise reading, I would recommend using the Buffalo Tools Pen-Style Tire Pressure Gauge, part # BTCTD002.

Height of the 1 7/8 hitch ball on the Buffalo Tools Trailer Dolly with 1-7/8 inch Ball - 600 lbs- I spoke with our contact at Buffalo Tools and they told me that the distance from the top of the ball to the ground when the dolly is fully assembled is 15 inches.
As long as the trailer tongue weight is under 600 lbs it should make no difference if the trailer has 15 inch tires or not.
