This was an amazing experience. I'm amazed with the low price of the hitch and the harness and shipping. When I called customer service they were very reassuring that I should be able to install it myself. I recieved the order in four business days. I was dismayed at first that the directions did not include how to use the fishing tool that was sent with the order. I figured it out and installed the hitch in thirty minutes just as you promised. I suggest that you include information on the use of the fishing tooleither as an addendum to the directions or as an attachment connected to the fishing tool, so that others don't spend time fretting about reaching those hard to reach areas.
