Model Order made 7/10/2008, received morning of 7/14/2008. The pieces ordered were securely packed all in one box. The hitch was an easy install 5 minutes. The trailer light converter was easy to install but took about 20 minutes. Its like a computer that is plug and play. George, Slaughter, LA |
