Model Service was fine. The product was delivered promptly and was of good quality. Installation instructions were good. Mine was a tough install because I had to drill all four holes. But that was due to the type of car, not the hitch. Found a great trick, I bolted the hitch receiver to my floor jack and jacked it into position and made a one man job out of what would have required two otherwise. Kevin, Zimmerman, MN Custom Fit
