Hello, i just want to say, thank u very much. you guys are awesome..........whoever designed this hitch, did a excellent job. Most would not even consider putting a hitch on a scion xb, but someone actually took the time to design one. and cheaply I might add......its very rugged, heavy well built, easy to put in, has all parts needed...... And last but not least your customer service thru email was very appreciated. customer service is a thing of the past, but you guys ruined that theory..... Anyways good job, I hope you guys get too much business, cause you are one of the very few who do it right
