This was an amazing experience. I'm amazed with the low price of the hitch and the harness and shipping. When I called customer service they were very reassuring that I should be able to install it myself. I recieved the order in four business days. I was dismayed at first that the directions did not include how to use the fishing tool that was sent with the order. I figured it out and installed the hitch in thirty minutes just as you promised. I suggest that you include information on the use of the fishing tooleither as an addendum to the directions or as an attachment connected to the fishing tool, so that others don't spend time fretting about reaching those hard to reach areas. Again, thank you so much. I believe this hitch, harness and installation cost me about a third what it would have commercially. As a matter of fact, the car dealership was unable to provide a hitch for this car. I really appreciate the simplicity of design of your itch and its match to my car. Very clever.
