I received an email approx. 4 hours after I ordered through the website letting me know the stock status of the items I purchased. I then received a shipment notification a day later. This notification included a direct link to the UPS tracking information for my package. Needless to say, i am very happy with my experience. I was kept informed all the way through the process. I normally have to call a vendor numerous times to get this information, which was sent to me unprompted. I only wish the people sold car parts, cause they would get all of my business. PS. I searched long and hard, and could not find a better price anywhere.
