Just wanted to let you all know I received my trailer hitch cover and pin & padlock yesterday afternoon. Also, y'all have SUPER customer service skills!!! When I had trouble entering my order on the web, I called. The person I spoke with took all the information and stated they would enter the order and I would receive a confirmation email....I received 3!!! You all have some of the best customer service I've ever encountered not to mention speedy delivery. Thanks! My dad is going to love his Christmas gift....Big University of Kentucky fan!!!
