Outstanding customer service! These days I would say very few companies excel at customer service - in a time when web servers and outsourcing can do most of the work, it is rare. I called one week before I plan to go on vacation to get a particular cargo carrier that I was not able to find in any local store. I sppoke to a real human being who not only took my order, but assured me that it would be handled immediately to ensure that it got here in time. Within three hours I received an email that it was in stock and being prepared. Fifty minutes later I received an email from a different person saying it was shipped. The next day it was in Georgia. Phenomenal way to take care of your business. Great work!
